Parking Reservations
Guests may book a reservation using our booking engine by clicking here to guarantee a parking space in the Garage, Open Lot, or Economy Lot.
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not available. If you need to change the lot your reservation is for, that must also be done more than 24 hours in advance.
Reservations can be edited or cancelled up to 3 hours before the start time. The $2.99 booking fee is nonrefundable.
Important: Your reservation only works in the specific parking area you selected at the time of booking. It is not transferrable. For example, a reservation for the Economy Lot will not work at the Garage gate.
To use your reservation, scan the QR code from your confirmation email at both the entry and exit gates. If you pull a ticket instead of scanning at entry, your reservation will be void and you’ll be charged the standard parking rate. You may request a refund using the Reservation Refund Request form below.
If a parking lot appears full, reservation holders may still enter. Signage will read “Temporarily Full – Reservations and Monthly Parkers Only”. Proceed to the gate and scan your QR code as normal.
There are no penalties or extra fees for staying past your reservation window — you’ll simply pay the difference based on your total time on-site when exiting.

Bid Meetings
Coming to the airport for a bid meeting or special event? Prior arrangements must be made with the appropriate Syracuse Regional Airport Authority (SRAA) Project Manager.
Vendor Lot Usage
The Vendor Lot Parking Application Form on this page must be completed by all parties seeking parking privileges. Vendor Lot permits are restricted to one per company. The remaining employees for said company may park in the Employee Parking Lot. Upon approval, you will receive a temporary parking placard which must be printed and displayed on your vehicle’s dashboard while parked in the Vendor Lots. Failure to display your permit may result in your vehicle being ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense. Permits must be turned in to the SRAA Project Manager upon job completion.
Long-term (longer than 90 days)
For extended projects/volunteering terms, you may request a window sticker parking permit by contacting your Project Manager/Volunteer Coordinator. The window sticker must be placed in the bottom corner of your windshield, on the passenger side. Failure to display your permit may result in your vehicle being ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.
Please note, our permits are strictly for work-related activities at the airport. Personal usage is not permitted. At the end of your project or volunteering term, your permit must be returned to your Project Manager or Volunteer Coordinator.
