Hours of Operation
Syracuse Hancock International Airport is open 24/7, 365 days year; however, certain entities within the airport have varying hours of operation.
Syracuse Regional Airport Authority
If you wish to contact the airport staff, please call (315) 454-3263 between our office hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. For general information regarding the airport, please call (315) 454-4330, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Airlines
Airline ticket counters on the first level of the airport are generally open two hours prior to your departure. Each airline has a different policy regarding ticket counter hours, so please confirm their hours directly with your airline.
TSA Checkpoint
The TSA checkpoint opens at 3:30am and closes at 9:00pm. **Please note that the checkpoint follows the normally-scheduled flight times of the airlines. TSA does not guarantee that the security checkpoint will be open beyond their normal hours of operation, even in the event of a delayed departure. Please arrive at the security checkpoint during normal hours of operation to ensure you’ll be screened, and therefore not miss your flight.
