Airport Tours

Availability of tours is limited. Requests must be made in advance for consideration. Syracuse Regional Airport Authority will make reasonable efforts to schedule tours for local community groups/organizations to encourage education, workforce development, and enhance community relations, and for businesses for valid commercial purposes. SRAA reserves the right to approve or decline tour requests in its sole discretion based on operational, scheduling, and staffing requirements, or any other reason deemed necessary or legally required to ensure the safe, secure, and efficient operations of Syracuse Hancock International Airport. SRAA must receive the names of all tour participants prior to the date of the tour, and all participants over the age of 18 going post-security will be required to provide proper identification. Tour participants must limit bringing personal belongings during the tour to comply with TSA regulations. More information will be provided in the tour confirmation. By participating in this group tour at SYR, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and/or video may be taken during the event. You grant SRAA and its representatives permission to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any images or recordings of you captured during the tour for promotional or informational purposes, including posting on SYR’s social media channels, website, and related digital or print materials. You understand that you will not receive compensation for the use of these images and that SYR retains full rights to all photographs and recordings taken during the tour. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a SYR representative prior to the start of the tour.
