Vendor Lot Permits

Vendor Parking Information

At Syracuse Hancock International Airport we value our vendors, contractors, and registered volunteers. We provide designated Vendor Parking Lots exclusively for those performing duties at the airport. If you’re planning on doing work at the airport, here’s what you need to know.

Bid Meetings

Coming to the airport for a bid meeting or special event? Prior arrangements must be made with the appropriate Syracuse Regional Airport Authority (SRAA) Project Manager.

Vendor Lot Usage

The Vendor Lot Parking Application Form on this page must be completed by all parties seeking parking privileges. Vendor Lot permits are restricted to one per company. The remaining employees for said company may park in the Employee Parking Lot. Upon approval, you will receive a temporary parking placard which must be printed and displayed on your vehicle’s dashboard while parked in the Vendor Lots. Failure to display your permit may result in your vehicle being ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.

Long-term (longer than 90 days)

For extended projects/volunteering terms,  you may request a window sticker parking permit by contacting your Project Manager/Volunteer Coordinator. The window sticker must be placed in the bottom corner of your windshield, on the passenger side. Failure to display your permit may result in your vehicle being ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.

Please note, our permits are strictly for work-related activities at the airport. Personal usage is not permitted. At the end of your project or volunteering term, your permit must be returned to your Project Manager or Volunteer Coordinator.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Steve Krosnicki, SRAA Ground Transportation and Parking Manager, at KrosnickiS@syrairport.org.
