I-90, Exit 36 (Watertown/Binghamton) east and westbound ramps to Interstate 81 north will be closed to traffic beginning Monday, November 18, to Friday December 6.
Motorists are advised to follow the signed detour to I-81 south, to Exit 25 (7th North Street/Liverpool), to east on 7th North Street, to I-81 northbound.

Nathaniel J. Stevens

Nathaniel Stevens serves as Deputy Director of the Onondaga County Office of Economic Development and Treasurer of the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency (OCIDA). Nate has been part of the Office of Economic Development since 2016 and is a key member of the OCIDA team working with Micron. He is integral in helping Central New York businesses expand, performing site development work, attracting new business to the area, and shepherding eligible companies through the financial assistance/IDA incentives process.

Prior to his work at the Office of Economic Development, Nate was the Administrative Director at the Onondaga County Parks Department and a Budget Analyst at the Onondaga County Office of Management and Budget.

Nate graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 2009 (Economics) and earned a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University of Citizenship and Public Affairs in 2010.

Nate is an Eagle Scout, a member of the Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America Longhouse Council, and a 2022 CNY Business Journal 40 Under Forty recipient.
