Motorists are advised to follow the signed detour to I-81 south, to Exit 25 (7th North Street/Liverpool), to east on 7th North Street, to I-81 northbound.

Jo Anne Chiarenza Gagliano serves as President of Environmental Design & Research, Landscape Architecture, Engineering & Environmental Services, D.P.C. (EDR). Headquartered in Downtown Syracuse, with offices in Rochester & Albany New York, Hershey, Pennsylvania, and Columbus, Ohio, EDR offers a wide range of professional consulting services including Engineering, Environmental Permitting, Ecological Resource Management, Community Planning, Cultural Resources, Visualization, GIS, and Landscape Architecture. EDR is a certified Woman-owned Business Enterprise dedicated to creating and sustaining a better environment for its clients, employees, and communities.

Jo Anne is currently involved in numerous community initiatives, boards and professional affiliations including serving as Vice Chair for the Syracuse Downtown Committee Board of Directors, Member of the Village of Fayetteville Planning Board, Chair of the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority, Member of the Syracuse Heritage Park Commission, Member of the New York Water Environment Association Storm Water Committee, and member of the American Society of Landscape Architects.

Jo Anne has received recognition from the Upstate New York Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects with a Distinguished Practitioner Award for outstanding achievements as a leader in the private practice sector. She has also received recognition from the Town of Dewitt with the Michael Lazar Award of Excellence for exemplary perseverance, dedication, and good will in service to the Town of DeWitt.

Jo Anne is a Registered Landscape Architect in New York, Pennsylvania, and Ohio, with more than 30 years of professional experience. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University. She is a graduate of the Emerging 200 Initiative, a U.S. Small Business Administration-supported training initiative to accelerate the growth of high-potential small businesses.

Jo Anne has passion for civic service and dedication to the Syracuse area in which she was born and raised, chose to reside, grow her family, and focus her energy as a corporate leader, mentor, and community volunteer.
