Reservation Information

Advance Booking Required: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Editing Reservations:
- Modify start and end times up to 3 hours before the reservation starts.
- Change the booked parking area (e.g., Economy to Garage) at least 24 hours in advance.
QR Code Entry & Exit:
- Guests receive a one-time-use QR code for entry and exit.
- No re-entry allowed once they leave.
Cancellations & Flight Changes:
- If a flight is canceled after arrival, guests must contact the parking office to pay for time on-site.
- The reservation will be refunded.
Booking Fee: The $2.99 booking fee is non-refundable.
Parking Area Restrictions: Reservations only work for the booked parking area (e.g., Economy reservations won’t grant access to the Garage or Open Lot).
