Syracuse, New York – November 6, 2023 – The Syracuse Regional Airport Authority (SRAA) announced today Delta Air Lines will relaunch daily, year-round, nonstop service from Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR) to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) next summer. The daily nonstop flights between SYR and MSP are scheduled to resume June 7, 2024. Delta Air Lines last served the route in March 2020.

Nonstop flights from Syracuse to Minneapolis-St. Paul are scheduled to depart Syracuse at approximately 6:45 am with an estimated arrival time into MSP at 8:15 am (Central Time). Served by the carrier’s Airbus 319 aircraft with 132 seats in a three-class configuration, this service will provide convenient connections to key western markets, including San Francisco, CA, San Jose, CA, and Boise, ID. Micron Technology, Inc. – who just last year announced a massive $100 billion project to bring four semiconductor-making factories to Clay, NY – is headquartered in Boise, ID. Additionally beneficial to Micron Technology, Inc. and other members of our Central New York business community is the convenient connectivity this flight provides to Delta’s MSP – Tokyo, Japan route.

Flights on the resumed route went on sale over the weekend and can be viewed, along with specific inbound and outbound schedules, at Delta.com.

Central New York travelers can fly directly to 30 destinations via nonstop flights with nine airlines now operating regularly scheduled flights at SYR.
