Drivers picking up arriving passengers should follow All Arrivals signs and proceed directly to the Arrivals A South Loop, which serves as the exclusive pickup location (see picture below). This area is located along the southern side of the Terminal and is designated for active pick-ups only.
– Drivers must remain with their vehicles at all times. Unattended vehicles will be ticketed and may be towed.
– No Standing is strictly enforced in the Arrivals A loop.
– Vehicles may pull to the curb only when their passenger is present and ready for immediate pickup.
For safety reasons, vehicles may not stop, stand, or wait along the roadways leading into the airport, including the approach to the Arrivals A curb. These restrictions help maintain safe traffic flow for motorists.
Drivers waiting for their passengers should use the Passenger Pickup Waiting Area (Cell Phone Lot) until their party is ready for curbside pickup.
Motorists should pay close attention to all roadway signage, including the flashing message boards located before the traffic light on Col. Eileen Collins Boulevard, which provide instructions and updates related to pick up operations.
Front Curb Use
The airport’s front curb is an active drop‑off area only. Standing or parking at the curb for any reason is prohibited. Posted signage reinforces these restrictions and helps ensure a safe and efficient flow of traffic throughout the terminal area.
Departing passengers may continue to be dropped off at the front curb line of the airport. As a reminder, the front curb line is an active curb line, meaning only active drop offs are permitted at the curb line.
