Thomas Fernandez is professionally based in commercial development with an emphasis in adaptive re-use projects. Accomplishments including the creation LEED Platinum Hotel Skyler located in Syracuse, NY and the Tailwater Lodge located on the Salmon River in Altmar, NY.
Tom’s professional role within the Woodbine Group began in digital communication/design and has grown into project management and team leadership roles. Tom is involved with all business facets of the Woodbine Group with an emphasis in hospitality and student housing.
Tom is actively involved with board positions with an emphasis environmental stewardship. Current Board Positions include Friends of the Upper Delaware River, being one of the founding partners of the Fly Fishing Climate Alliance, as well as being a stakeholder for the NYSDEC Salmon River Fisheries Management Plan.
