Mr. Michael Lazar was the Chairman of the Town of Dewitt Planning Board when he resigned after serving 28 years. He held the Chair position for the last 14 years. He graduated from Syracuse University in 1965 with a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and had a career in real estate development, commercial construction and property management.
He has worked as a partner for both Pyramid Companies and Pioneer Companies.
Mr. Lazar has been a private pilot since 1974 with ratings for land and sea aircraft, multi-engine and instrument flying. He has worked as a Project Manager at Skaneateles Aerodrome (6B9) since 2008.
