Instructions for Terminal Signage Requests

Consistent with the established SYR Rules and Regulations, SYR tenants wishing to display new signage, advertisements, notices, etc. must receive written permission from the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority before doing so. To streamline this process, tenants wishing to place a request for new or updated signage are asked to please fill out the Terminal Signage Request Form.

Please fill out this required fields in this form, including uploading a copy of your artwork.

*Please be advised that failure to include all required information could lead to delays in the approval of tenant’s proposed signage.

Once the form has been submitted, a member of the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority staff will review your request. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted to gather that information. Otherwise, you will receive written (email) approval or denial for your proposed signage.
