Which Car Rental Companies are located at the Airport?
Avis, Budget, Dollar (315) 455-7500, Enterprise, Hertz and National currently operate at the Airport and have counters in the Main Lobby area of the Terminal Building. Thrifty is located near the Airport and will provide shuttle service.
What does it cost to park at the Airport?
Current rates for parking have been recently updated. Allright Parking Syracuse, Inc., manages the parking facilities at Syracuse Hancock International Airport. Methods of payment accepted include cash and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and American Express). Allright Parking Syracuse can be reached at (315) 455-2337.E-ZPass Plus is now available at the airport. Please click here to find out if your current E-ZPass account is already a “Plus” and if not, the easy steps you can take to make the upgrade. You can also enroll for E-ZPass Plus from this link. Remember, when using E-ZPass to park at the airport, you still need to take a ticket upon entering the parking facility, and have it with you when exiting through the E-ZPass Plus Dedicated Lane.
Which Airline Clubs are located at Syracuse Hancock International Airport?
There are currently no Airline Clubs at the Syracuse Hancock International Airport.
How do I get to Syracuse Hancock International Airport?
Syracuse Hancock International Airport is easily accessible from Interstate 81 and Interstate 90 (the New York State Thruway.) From Route 81, follow signs to Exit 27. There is direct access to Colonel Eileen Collins Boulevard, which is the main entrance road to the Airport.

Is there a Currency Exchange located at the Airport?
At the present time there is no currency exchange located at the Airport.
Where are the ATMs located?
Key Bank has an ATM located in the main lobby area across from the Car Rental Counters, next to the International Airport Barber Shop. Partners and Trust Bank has ATMs located on the second level outside each security checkpoint.
Where are the taxi service counters located?
Syracuse Regional Airport Taxi (SRAT) is the ground transportation service provider at Syracuse Hancock International Airport. The taxi service dispatch counters are located in the baggage claim areas in Terminal A and B. Fares must be prepaid at these dispatch counters. Other taxi service required must be prearranged by the traveler prior to their arrival at the Airport.
Is there a shuttle service to nearby hotels?
Most hotels have their own shuttle service. Some hotels may be reached by using the Courtesy phones at the Syracuse Reservation and Information kiosks located in the Baggage Claim areas of both terminals.
Is there a Bus Service to the Bus or Train terminal?
There is no bus service to downtown Syracuse or to the William F. Walsh Regional Transportation Center.
Is Shuttle Service available to Fort Drum?
There is no shuttle service to Fort Drum
Is Shuttle Service available to Cornell University in Ithaca, New York?
There is no scheduled shuttle service to Cornell University.
Syracuse Regional Airport Taxi (SRAT) operates a shuttle service at peak student travel times. Call SRAT at (315) 437-5555 for information. Ithaca Airline Limo (by reservation) makes frequent but unscheduled trips to the Airport. Call 1-800-273-9197 OR (607) 273-3030.
